3. Processing: 7–14 business days

- Machine wash cold, inside out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on embroidery. Do not bleach or use high heat — this preserves the stitching and color. Do not dry clean

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if digitizing has already begun, a $25 digitizing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the artist's time. Please note that digitizing your pet's portrait into a stitch design takes several hours of skilled work — and once approved, our artisan then hand-selects the right thread colors from a palette of 100+ before the embroidery begins, which takes a few additional hours. Every piece is truly made with care from start to finish.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because every piece is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure yourself and refer to our size chart before placing your order — we want your piece to fit perfectly! If your order arrives with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos and we will make it right.
Revisions:
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, reach out and we will work with you until it is.
