How to Order

Ordering your custom pet portrait piece is simple. Here's how it works:

1. Choose Your Product & Place Your Order

Pick your item — sweatshirt, pillow cover, tote bag — and select your size and color. Add any extras like sleeve text or gift cards, then check out.

2. Upload Your Pet's Photo

During checkout, you'll upload a clear photo of your pet. The better the photo, the better the portrait. Need help picking the right one? Check out our Photo Guide.

Quick tips: Face forward, well lit, no accessories or costumes. Avoid blurry, filtered, or cropped photos. When in doubt, send us a few options and we'll help you pick!

3. We Digitize Your Portrait

Our artist hand-digitizes your pet's photo into a custom stitch design — this isn't an auto-trace or a filter. It takes several hours of skilled work to capture every whisker, marking, and expression. We then hand-select thread colors from a palette of 100+ premium Madeira European threads.

4. Embroidery & Quality Check

Your portrait is machine embroidered with 30,000+ stitches. Every piece goes through a quality check before it ships.

5. Your Piece Ships

Processing takes 7–14 business days. Once it ships, delivery is typically 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Free shipping on orders $150+!

Photo Guide

The better the photo, the better the portrait. Choose a clear, well-lit shot — think of it as your pet's official headshot!

Collars and accessories are removed by default.

For face & body portrait: Please send a photo where the face and body are clearly visible.

Also avoid sending photos that are: blurry or out of focus  ·  pet sleeping / eyes closed  ·  group shot when you need individual portraits  ·  pet in costume or clothes  ·  extreme top-down angle
