International Shipping We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Collars and accessories are removed by default.
For face & body portrait: Please send a photo where the face and body are clearly visible.
Also avoid sending photos that are:blurry or out of focus · pet sleeping / eyes closed · group shot when you need individual portraits · pet in costume or clothes · extreme top-down angle
