Your embroidered piece is built to last — with a little care, it'll stay looking great wash after wash. Here's how to keep it in top shape:
Washing
Turn inside out before washing to protect the embroidery
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
Use a mild detergent — skip the bleach and harsh chemicals
Drying
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry for best results
Avoid high heat — it can distort the stitching over time
Ironing
Do not iron directly on the embroidery. If needed, iron the garment inside out on a low setting, avoiding the stitched area
What to Avoid
No bleach
No high heat (washer, dryer, or iron)
No dry cleaning
Following these steps preserves the stitching, color, and detail of your portrait for years to come.

Also avoid sending photos that are:blurry or out of focus · pet sleeping / eyes closed · group shot when you need individual portraits · pet in costume or clothes · extreme top-down angle
