Care Instructions

Your embroidered piece is built to last — with a little care, it'll stay looking great wash after wash. Here's how to keep it in top shape:

Washing

  • Turn inside out before washing to protect the embroidery
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Use a mild detergent — skip the bleach and harsh chemicals

Drying

  • Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry for best results
  • Avoid high heat — it can distort the stitching over time

Ironing

  • Do not iron directly on the embroidery. If needed, iron the garment inside out on a low setting, avoiding the stitched area

What to Avoid

  • No bleach
  • No high heat (washer, dryer, or iron)
  • No dry cleaning

Following these steps preserves the stitching, color, and detail of your portrait for years to come.

Photo Guide

The better the photo, the better the portrait. Choose a clear, well-lit shot — think of it as your pet's official headshot!

Collars and accessories are removed by default.

Also avoid sending photos that are: blurry or out of focus  ·  pet sleeping / eyes closed  ·  group shot when you need individual portraits  ·  pet in costume or clothes  ·  extreme top-down angle
