Shipping & Returns

Every Bark & Dwell piece is custom made to order — stitched with care from start to finish.

Processing Time

Most orders are ready to ship within 1–2 weeks. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day), please allow a little extra time. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if digitizing has already begun, a $25 digitizing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the artist's time.

Digitizing your pet's portrait into a stitch design takes several hours of skilled work — and once approved, our artisan hand-selects the right thread colors from a palette of 100+ before embroidery begins.

Every piece is truly made with care from start to finish.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure yourself and refer to our size chart before placing your order — we want your piece to fit perfectly!

If your order arrives with an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos and we will make it right.

Photo Guide

The better the photo, the better the portrait. Choose a clear, well-lit shot — think of it as your pet's official headshot!

Collars and accessories are removed by default.

For face & body portrait: Please send a photo where the face and body are clearly visible.

Also avoid sending photos that are: blurry or out of focus  ·  pet sleeping / eyes closed  ·  group shot when you need individual portraits  ·  pet in costume or clothes  ·  extreme top-down angle
