Send us one photo. A real artist hand-draws your pet, then hand-digitizes the design stitch by stitch, and it is embroidered at 4 to 5 inches across the center of the chest in premium Madeira European thread. Their name goes underneath in a hand-lettered script if you want it.
About 30,000 stitches go into one portrait, and up to 15 thread shades, so the markings, the expression and the set of the ears come out looking like your dog rather than a generic version of the breed. Software can digitize a portrait automatically. A person doing it is why this one does not come out flat.
The sweater is a plush polyester dumble fleece made in South Korea, cut relaxed so it layers over a onesie or a tee without bulk. Two patterns, sizes 12-18M through 4-5YR.
The same portrait goes on the adult crewneck, so a parent and a child can wear the same dog.

- Machine wash cold, inside out on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on embroidery. Do not bleach or use high heat - this preserves the stitching and color. Do not dry clean

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if digitizing has already begun, a $25 digitizing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the artist's time. Please note that digitizing your pet's portrait into a stitch design takes several hours of skilled work - and once approved, our artisan then hand-selects the right thread colors from a palette of 100+ before the embroidery begins, which takes a few additional hours. Every piece is truly made with care from start to finish.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because every piece is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure yourself and refer to our size chart before placing your order - we want your piece to fit perfectly! If your order arrives with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos and we will make it right.
