Send us one photo of your pet. A real artist hand-draws the portrait, then it is embroidered in premium Madeira European thread - every whisker, marking and expression, stitched into the fabric rather than printed on top of it.
Choose your placement. Center chest at 4.5-6 inches shows the kind of detail most embroidered sweatshirts simply can't. Left chest at 3.5-4.5 inches is the quieter version, the same hand-drawn portrait scaled down to a wearable everyday detail. If your pet has intricate markings or a brindle or merle coat, choose center chest - the smaller scale limits how much fine detail can be stitched.
A print cracks and fades with washing. Embroidery does not. This is the version you will still be wearing in five years.
Please review the Photo Guide before uploading. A well-lit, front-facing photo taken at your pet's eye level works best, with nothing covering their face. If you're torn between two shots, upload both and we'll pick the stronger one.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if digitizing has already begun, a $25 digitizing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the artist's time. Please note that digitizing your pet's portrait into a stitch design takes several hours of skilled work - and once approved, our artisan then hand-selects the right thread colors from a palette of 100+ before the embroidery begins, which takes a few additional hours. Every piece is truly made with care from start to finish.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because every piece is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure yourself and refer to our size chart before placing your order - we want your piece to fit perfectly! If your order arrives with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos and we will make it right.

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, reach out and we will work with you until it is.
